Things I Love..

1. The smell of laundry substances - detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, etc. I could stay in the detergent aisle of Walmart for hours, or at least until my sense of smell went numb. I can't play favorites; I love them all. Will someone please create a candle/air freshener that smells like the real thing? All those "Fresh Linen" and "Clean Clothes" smells just don't compare. I will love you forever. Thanks.

The one candle I have found that smells even close to laundry: Yankee "Good Air" candles

2. Nutella. My grandma introduced it to me when I was younger, shortly after she and my grandpa returned to the States after living in Switzerland for a few years. Who knew that that introduction would create a life-long obsession. It was a staple in college, having eaten it with everything from crepes to animal crackers. Let's just say that I've never come closer to gaining that freshman 15. Now, the base commissary nearby stocks its shelves with the large two-pack that you usually only find at the discount warehouse stores. I don't know whether to be over-joyed or afraid - very, very afraid.

3. Watching channel 374, Fashion TV. Basically it's just runway shows of any and all designers. Oh, how I wish I could be there for the real thing. The clothes...the shoes...the makeup... 'Course, I probably wouldn't fit in very well, what with my usual uniform of jeans, tee-shirts, and flip-flops. Maybe someday...

4. Simon & Garfunkel/Paul Simon. I could listen to their Greatest Hits and Graceland albums nonstop. If only Brett could tolerate it...

5. "Community." While we're on the topic of TV, can I just mention how hilarious this show is?! If you haven't seen it, this week's homework is to watch the past 5 episodes of greatness. I'm sure you can find it on NBC.com. Watch it and then report.

6. A clean house. What? A girl can dream, can't she? (Obviously, not pictured.)

Amen sista!! we had nutella when we went to stay with them, when I was in eight grade and I loved it to death! I seriously almost cried the first time I saw it in a grocery store here... it wasn't pretty!! But thank goodness we have it :)

I love Community. The "Billiards" episode still makes me giggle and my love for Joel McHale is probably a tad unhealthy.

LOVE Community. "Billiards" was hilarious! Probably the best just watching it with mom and her giggling/snorting when Joel McHale is playing naked.... Awesome
